The Most Important Question In Life That You Can't Miss

There is one question, one idea, that is perhaps the most important idea you can have in your head. When death appears close, it rings loud, but usually, it remains in the fog, covered up by the lure of this life. It is not just a question. It is a concept:

What if you died tomorrow?

How have you affected the world?

How have you used the power Allah gave you?

Would you be ready to meet Allah?

I want you to live this scenario in your brain. You have been diagnosed with a disease and given one week to live.

Let it sink in. You have one week to live.

This is it. In a relatively small amount of time, it will all end. Your life will all end.

Some steps to improve your life now, before its too late:*

1. Repent and try to fix the bad things you did in this world.
2. Improve your relationship with Allah ()
3. Prepare to meet Allah ().
4. Help others get closer to Allah ().
5. Make the world a better place, and truly commit yourself to leaving a positive mark on the world, in a way that will keep giving you good deeds after your death (like building a mosque or starting a charity).

A person who went through a similar situation was a man named Ali Banat. He was an Australian Muslim who was very successful in his life. But his life took a severe turn when he was diagnosed with cancer and given limited time to live. Knowing this, he gave away many of his possessions, realizing that they are worthless. He saw what mattered in life - and acted on his newfound knowledge. He did major charity work in a charity named MATW - Muslims Around the World - and dedicated himself to it (you can see the MATW Facebook page here).

You never know when death will take you.

Prepare to meet Allah (while you can.
